Description
***This is a one day tournament.***
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a not-for-profit organization with the aim of funding children's cancer research. In these trying times, we are aiming to help raise funds. Events across the country have been cancelled due to COVID, however, this event will provide an opportunity for the fishing community to come together for a great cause. Prizes will be 50% of the entry fee, the remaining 50% will be donated to St. Baldrick’s to help find cures for kids with cancer. Non-cash prizes include, but not limited to, custom rods, lures, and more.
All Prizes are estimated on minimum of 40 Participating Anglers.
Minimum Entry: Bass/Length – Top 3 Fish - $60 entry fee – First Prize $600, Second Prize $400, Third Prize $200
Snakehead/length – Single longest Length – Top 1 Fish - $30 entry fee – First Prize $125, Second Prize $75, Third Prize $50 (based on minimum of 30 participants)
Bass/Weight – Single longest Bass – One Prize – $20 entry fee – Guided Snakehead Trip with Kayla Haile of the River Queen Guide Service for 2 People (valued at $650, no cash substitutions allowed), tip not included. This is a straight donation entry.
Smallest Fish – One Prize – Prize will be an Angler Gift Basket. Entry fee is ANY donation to St. Baldrick’s Lucky Lunker Donation Page. https://www.stbaldricks.org/fundraisers/mypage/4265/2021
Come join the fun at 911 Revolution St, Havre De Grace at the Fire House starting at 3 PM, whether you are fishing or not, to enjoy the event, participate in giveaways, Ball Park Restaurant Food Truck, and a celebration of the fishing winners. Event Day sponsor prizes/chances/giveaways. Go-Fish!

Rules
Entries must be 15 inches or greater (excluding entries for smallest bass)
All fish must be caught during the tournament times only.
Any ONE fish can only be submitted ONCE. Submit catch online via www.theluckylunker.com. All fish must be facing LEFT on the bump board. Geographic location services must be enabled on your phone.
The Bump Board will be required for measurements (must provide your own). Homemade bump boards are accepted but must use a standardized measuring device (yard stick) that is attached.
NO competitors are to be within 10 yards of each other during fish-time; except in the case of emergency when assistance is required.
No fish are to be kept on stringers.
Artificial Lures Only.
Fishing in OFF-LIMITS areas will result in disqualification. Boundary lines will be a straight line from the point south of Swan Creek to the parking area for the Elk Neck Lighthouse, to the south and Route 1 on the Susquehanna River to the north.
Follow all state rules and regulations, including Personal Flotation Devices (PFD) must be on board per but not required to be worn per Maryland law.
Kayaks and Paddleboards are eligible fishing platforms. Only ONE competitor per fishing platform.
Electric Trolling motors are allowed.
Identifier will be provided at Captains Meeting. Captains Meeting will be virtual on May 7, 2021.
Competitor photos will be reviewed and scored by Tournament Host.
• Photos that do not meet the requirements as provided will not count.
• The Tournament Host will be solely responsible and retain the right to declare any photo as “unacceptable”.
• Any discrepancies will be reviewed by Lucky Lunker Representative to determine final outcome.
Winners will be declared, and prizes/awards will be announced by the Tournament Host the day of the event. Winners must be present to receive non-cash prizes. Awards to be presented between 4-5PM. If not present, non-cash prizes will go to the next eligible winner. All cash prizes will be mailed via check after the event. Any prizes over $600 awarded will be subject to IRS rules.
The Tournament will then be declared complete.
This is an alcohol-free event.
Appropriate COVID social distancing and precautions should be followed at all times. If you have an emergency and need to leave, please contact Tournament Host and let them know you are safe and will not be making it back.
Any rule changes will be emailed to all participates prior to the start of the event.
